Rush Live is built to be entertainment, not a financial strategy. Most users play casually and enjoy the experience. For some, however, play can become a problem. This page exists so that you can recognize the warning signs, take advantage of the tools we provide, and find help when you need it.
If anything on this page feels familiar, please reach out — to us, to a trusted person in your life, or to one of the resources below. There is no judgment here.
Our commitment
Rush Live is committed to providing a safe play environment. We do this by:
- Offering self-imposed deposit, spending, and time limits
- Providing immediate self-exclusion tools for users who need a break or want to stop
- Verifying age and identity before any cash redemption
- Blocking access from restricted states and jurisdictions
- Training our support team on responsible-gaming best practices
- Refusing to use marketing tactics that target minors, vulnerable users, or self-excluded users
- Honoring all self-exclusion requests without exception
Warning signs
The following may indicate problem play:
- Spending more money or time on the Service than you can afford
- Chasing losses by trying to win back money you have already spent
- Lying to family, friends, or coworkers about how much you play
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund play
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you cannot play
- Letting play interfere with work, school, sleep, or relationships
- Continuing to play despite negative consequences
- Feeling guilty, ashamed, or depressed about your play
If any of these apply to you, consider using the tools described in Section 3 and reaching out to one of the resources in Section 6.
Tools we provide
All of the following tools are available inside the app at Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can update any limit at any time, but reductions take effect immediately and increases require a 24-hour cool-off period before taking effect.
Deposit limits
Cap how much you can deposit in a day, week, or month. We will not process deposits that would exceed your active limit.
Loss limits
Cap net losses over a defined period. When your limit is reached, play is paused until the period resets.
Session limits
Set the maximum length of a single session. When the limit is reached, you will be signed out and a cool-down begins.
Reality checks
Receive in-app reminders during long sessions showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
Cool-off
Take a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break. You can still log in to view your account, but you cannot make picks or deposits during the cool-off period.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is binding. Once you self-exclude, we will not lift the exclusion before its end date for any reason. Choose carefully.
You can self-exclude from the app in Settings → Responsible Gaming for any of:
- 30 days — short break
- 90 days — extended break
- 1 year — long-term break
- 5 years — extended exclusion
- Permanent — permanent account closure
What happens when you self-exclude
- You cannot place any picks, make any deposits, or claim any rewards
- You cannot create a new account on the Service for the duration of your exclusion
- Any pending Prize Token redemptions in good standing will still be processed
- Marketing communications stop within 24 hours
- Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure and forfeiture of Gold Coins
If you need to self-exclude immediately
Open the app → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Or email rushliveteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" — we will process within 24 hours.
Protecting minors
Rush Live is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). We verify date of birth at signup and re-verify before any cash redemption.
If you are a parent or guardian
- Use parental control tools provided by your operating system (Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link) to restrict app installs and in-app purchases on devices your children use
- Keep payment-method credentials and device passwords confidential
- Talk to your children about the difference between entertainment and gambling, and the financial risks of any service that involves money
- If you discover that a minor has accessed the Service using your information, contact us immediately and we will close the account and refund any deposits
We do not knowingly accept signups from anyone under the minimum age. If you believe a user is under-age, please email rushliveteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Underage User Report".
